Founded in 2020, Alphasync aims to provide powerful, customizable PCs optimized for gaming and creative work. Our systems are hand-built using only the highest quality components from industry-leading brands. We believe everyone should have access to a PC that can keep up with their needs and unleash their full potential.
Our Story
Alphasync was born out of a passion for PC gaming and technology. Our founders met while working at a major PC manufacturer. There, they gained invaluable experience building systems and helping customers find the right computer.
When it was time to strike out on their own, they knew they wanted to take a different approach. Instead of mass-producing identical machines, they envisioned a company dedicated to crafting PCs tailored to each customer’s unique needs.
With this purpose in mind, Alphasync was launched in 2020. We started small, building systems out of a home office. But word quickly spread about the care and attention to detail that went into each Alphasync PC. Before we knew it, we had more customers than we could handle ourselves!
In 2021, we moved into a dedicated workshop and hired our first employees. Since then, our team has continued to grow as we’ve expanded our product lineup. What started as a passion project has flourished into a trusted brand known for exceeding expectations.

Our Team
Alphasync was founded by childhood friends Neil Smythe and Victor Wong. Neil brings over 15 years of experience in PC component distribution, while Victor has 10+ years managing production and inventory for a top PC builder.
Together, they’ve built an incredible team of PC enthusiasts ready to turn your dream PC into a reality:
- Tom (Operations Manager) – With 25+ years in the industry, Tom keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. He’s obsessed with process optimization and making sure customers have an amazing experience.
- Lisa (Lead Builder) – Lisa heads up our build team and ensures flawless assembly and quality control. She’s been building PCs for over 5 years and loves testing the latest hardware.
- Ryan (Customer Experience Manager) – Ryan makes sure each customer gets the personalized attention they deserve. He’s been gaming since childhood and enjoys helping people find the perfect setup.
- Mike (Lead Engineer) – With degrees in electrical and computer engineering, Mike handles diagnostics and repairs with ease. He’s constantly tinkering to squeeze every ounce of performance from a system.

We take building the perfect PC seriously. Each system goes through a meticulous construction process:
1. Understanding Your Needs
It all starts with understanding how you plan to use your PC. We’ll have an in-depth discussion about your goals, preferred games and apps, target resolution and frame rates, budget, and more. Our goal is to get a crystal clear picture of your ideal setup.
2. Component Selection
Next, we hand-pick components that align with your performance goals and budget. We only select parts from trusted brands known for quality, stability, and power. We also consider aesthetics, noise levels, upgradability, and other factors important to you.
3. Thoughtful Assembly
With premium components in hand, our builders get to work meticulously constructing your PC. Each cable is carefully routed for maximum airflow and clean aesthetics. We take time to get every detail perfect so you have a system as beautiful as it is powerful.
4. Customization and Optimization
Once assembled, every PC is customized to your requests. This includes tweaking BIOS settings, overclocking, installing software/OS, applying skins/decals, and more. Our technicians then run stress tests and benchmarks to validate performance.
5. Quality Assurance and Testing
Prior to shipment, each system goes through a battery of checks to identify any potential issues. We verify component compatibility, scan for faults, and confirm benchmarks fall within expected ranges. You won’t receive your PC until it meets our strict standards.
6. White Glove Delivery
We offer white glove delivery on all PCs. This means your system is hand-delivered by professionals who unbox, set up, and test it in your home. We’ll make sure you’re completely satisfied before we leave.
Our Guarantee
We stand behind every PC we build with a 1 year warranty included on parts and labor. If you have any issues down the road, we’re happy to troubleshoot and resolve them.
We also offer lifetime US-based tech support for hardware troubleshooting, optimizations, repairs, and upgrades. Our commitment doesn’t end once your PC ships – we’re here for the long haul.
Giving Back
Here at Alphasync, we believe in giving back to the gaming community whenever possible. A portion of each sale goes towards organizations that promote STEM education and provide gaming access to hospitals and disadvantaged youth. We also regularly donate PCs and sponsor tournaments for student esport teams.
